Monroe Clinic is a top quality health network — comprised of hospital and numerous clinics that provide care for more than 30 specialties, administered by 120-plus physicians — nestled in the quiet, primarily rural setting of picturesque Green County, Wisconsin. So when Monroe Clinic was named a “Top 100” hospital, leadership decided to sieze the opportunity and promote the positive. Enter NOISE.

Following strategic discussion, NOISE and Monroe Clinic identified that the “Top 100” designation — one of only six in Wisconsin that year — would be a valuable message not only to patients, but prospective providers. Hence, a two-part campaign was developed that:

  • Spread word of the good news to consumers via high visibility, highly creative print, outdoor and radio (samples above and right), and
  • Spread word of the good life (and great employment opportunities) to physicians, nurses and other care leaders via direct marketing, literature and online video (samples below).
